We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to join our growing software engineering team.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Taking over responsibility for quality assurance in products, projects, or customer engagements in an international environment
• Planning test activities for a product release across all test phases and coordinating all involved stakeholders, including customers, departments, and the development team
• Creating test concepts and scenarios, and executing the tests in a self-organized manner

We're looking for someone who has:

• A university degree in Computer Science (or a comparable field), or equivalent professional experience in the field of test management
• At least 5 years of professional experience in software testing and test management
• An ISTQB certification or similar (considered an advantage)
• A self-organized and performance-oriented working style, with a strong hands-on mentality
• Strong analytical skills, a precise working approach, and a high level of quality awareness
• Fluency in written and spoken English
