To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Tooling Center - Benchwork Technician.

We are open to candidates in Ovar.

Main tasks & responsibilities

• Work coordination (interact with the other sectors directly related to Production).


• Bench tasks (execute and repair tools and molds, and other machine parts using hand and mechanical tools to work with precision).


• Bench tasks (prepare the mold structures).    


• Bench tasks (prepare the tool for trial).


• Bench tasks (provide assistance in tool trial).


• First level maintenance (perform all the tasks describe in fist level maintenance procedure).


• Continuous improvement (responsible to improve the benchwork process)                

Requirements

Academic Background – Secondary, Tool Design and Manufacturing. Injection Tooling technology.

Minimum professional experience in a related area:

Tolerances analysis (5-8 years)

Professional skills:

• 3D Drawing Interpretation


• 2D Drawing Interpretation


• Part Fitting & Assembly


• Cavity Polishing


• Cooling Channel & Hot Runner System Testing


• Dimensional accuracy & tolerances Analysis
