Trainee Document Controller (all genders)

As a trainee in document management, you will support the control, accessibility, and integrity of documented information in alignment with ISO 9001 standards. You will assist project teams, help maintain records, support training efforts, and contribute to continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include the following:

• You will support the management of document access rights and assist in regular checks to detect unauthorized access or confidentiality breaches.
• You will assist in tracking document distribution and help maintain a register for physical records to ensure secure handling and storage.
• You will support document compliance checks using standardized templates and assist in internal audits to verify review and approval processes.
• You will help provide project teams with timely access to documented information and contribute to efficient knowledge sharing.
• You will assist in delivering training materials and onboarding sessions for new team members or tools under the guidance of senior staff.
• You will contribute to satisfaction surveys, help identify recurring issues, and support process improvement initiatives led by the Document Manager.

• You finished your studies in Quality Management, Engineering, Compliance and Regulatory Affairs, Business Studies, or other relevant studies.
• You already have some first working experience in quality management preferably in the infrastructure or energy sector.
• You are proficient in MS Office.
• You are business fluent in English and Portuguese, and language skills in Spanish is an advantage.
