About the Role

We are looking for Turkish-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join an international technology project in Lisbon.

In this role, you will support business customers using one of the world's leading digital advertising platforms, providing high-quality customer service across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business customers via chat, email, and outbound phone calls
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support
• Assist customers with platform features and advertising tools
• Troubleshoot account and product-related issues
• Deliver an excellent customer experience while working with multiple internal systems

Requirements

• Native / C2 Turkish
• English B2 or higher
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working with digital tools and multitasking
• Legal right to work in Portugal is mandatory

Working Schedule

• 40 hours per week
• Rotational shifts
• Monday to Sunday
• Working hours between 07:00 and 00:00

• €1,088 gross/month (14 salary payments)
