Turkish Speaking Customer Support Representative

This position requires full-time presence at our Lisbon, Portugal office. Applicants must currently live in Portugal to be considered. We do not offer remote arrangements or relocation assistance.

The Opportunity Ready to represent a top-tier global social media and tech leader? We're looking for an enthusiastic, articulate, fluent Turkish-speaking Customer Advisor to join our vibrant team in central Lisbon.

In this role, you'll be the main point of contact for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) using our client's digital advertising and social commerce platforms. You'll play a key role in helping these businesses expand their online presence, resolve account issues, and maximize their marketing potential.

Key Responsibilities As a Customer Advisor, you'll act as a digital consultant and problem-solver for Turkish-speaking business clients. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Multichannel Support: Deliver top-tier service via live chat, email, and phone (inbound and outbound calls).
• Problem Solving: Identify, analyze, and resolve pre- and post-sale issues related to ad campaigns, account setups, billing, and technical glitches.
• Client Guidance: Walk users through platform features so they can get the most out of our tools independently.
• Trend Spotting: Track recurring technical issues or customer feedback and pass those insights along to our technical and development teams.
• Accurate Logging: Document clear, detailed summaries of client interactions in our CRM while maintaining strict data privacy standards.

Candidate Profile

Basic Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent proficiency in Turkish (written and spoken), plus a solid command of English (B2 level or higher) for training, team communication, and internal systems.
• Location & Legal Status: Must currently reside in Portugal with valid legal authorization to work in the country (on-site position in Lisbon).
• Tech Readiness: Able to comfortably navigate multiple screens, chat tools, and social media networks at once.
• Flexibility: Comfortable working rotating shifts, which may occasionally include weekend coverage.

Bonus Points:
