Right now, we
are looking for a Unified Communications and Collaboration Engineer L2 to integrate our internal team.

Your responsibilities include:

• Deliver reliable, compliant, and responsive UC
  operations across the client’s collaboration and telephony estate.
  
• Execute monitoring, incident response, user
  support, and routine operational activities within agreed SLAs and
  regulatory requirements.
  

You
must have:

• Minimum 3 years’ hands -on experience in UC
  support or IT operations, ideally within a managed services or financial
  services environment.
  
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills across
  Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and collaboration
  tools.
  
• Experience with ServiceNow (incident, request,
  and CMDB modules).
  
• Familiarity with VoIP concepts and basic
  telephony troubleshooting.
  
• Understanding of AV and meeting room systems at
  an operational support level.
  
• Effective communicator with strong written and
  verbal English skills (B2 or higher).
  
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator
  Associate (or working towards).
  
• ITIL Foundation certification (or equivalent).
  

We

• Previous experience within a managed service
  provider or telecommunications environment serving financial services
  clients.
  
• Experience with Exchange Online administration
  and hybrid deployments.
  
• Understanding of SIP trunking and Session Border
  Controllers at a conceptual level.
  
• Experience with collaboration analytics tools
  (Power BI, Teams CQD).
  
• Understanding of Microsoft Copilot.
  
• Knowledge of DORA, FCA, or PRA regulatory
  frameworks.
  
• Basic PowerShell scripting for Teams and Exchange
  operational tasks.
