Ukrainian Speaking Content Reviewer

This position is strictly full-time on-site in Lisbon, Portugal. Candidates must already be living in Portugal to qualify.

In this role, you will help protect the user base of a major global social network. Working with a collaborative team, your primary focus will be keeping the platform safe, civil, and welcoming for millions of active users daily.

Compensation & Schedule

• Base Salary: €1,237 gross monthly (paid across 12 monthly payments).
• Hours: 40 hours per week (5 days a week).
• Shifts: Rotating schedules between 07:00 and 00:00 (Midnight), Monday through Sunday.

Primary Responsibilities

As a Content Analyst, you will monitor platform safety and enforce community standards through these tasks:

• Media Audit: Review user-uploaded content—including profiles, text, images, and videos—to ensure full compliance with platform rules.
• Risk Control: Identify, flag, and remove unsafe, deceptive, or abusive material to shield users from harm.
• Incident Management: Look into and resolve reported issues regarding account security, platform exploitation, and policy violations with high precision.
• Target Metrics: Maintain an empathetic, objective mindset while meeting key performance indicators for speed, accuracy, and volume.

Required Profile

• Language Proficiency: Fluent command of Ukrainian, plus solid English skills (B2 level or higher) for onboarding and internal communication.
• Legal Right to Work: Must hold valid EU citizenship, a Portuguese Residence Permit (Título de Residência), or official Refugee Status documents.
• Adaptability: Comfortable handling potentially sensitive online material and working flexible shift patterns in a fast-moving environment.

Desirable Experience

Prior experience in content moderation, online safety, or customer support is helpful but not required. Comprehensive professional training will be provided.
