This role requires 100% in-person presence at our office in Lisbon, Portugal. Candidates must currently live within Portugal to be considered.

Employment Terms & Working Hours

• Base Pay: €1,237 gross monthly (paid over 12 standard monthly installments).
• Weekly Schedule: 40 hours per week (5 days per week).
• Shift Times: Rotational shifts scheduled between 07:00 and 00:00 (Midnight), Monday through Sunday.

Core Responsibilities As a Content Analyst, your central mission is to uphold community guidelines and keep the platform safe through the following activities:

• Media Review: Examine user-submitted material—including account details, text, images, and videos—to ensure full compliance with internal policies.
• Threat Mitigation: Detect, flag, and remove harmful, fraudulent, or policy-violating content to safeguard the digital community.
• Escalation Handling: Investigate and resolve complex user tickets related to account safety, system abuse, and policy infractions with exceptional precision.
• Performance Goals: Maintain an empathetic yet impartial mindset while consistently meeting targets for volume, turnaround speed, and quality.

Candidate Requirements Essential Qualifications

• Languages: Fluent or near-fluent command of Ukrainian, combined with solid English skills (minimum B2 level) for training and internal operations.
• Work Authorization: Must hold valid EU citizenship, a Portuguese Residence Permit (Título de Residência), or official Refugee Status documentation.
• Emotional Resilience: Able to handle potentially distressing digital content and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with variable shift schedules.

Preferred Experience A background in digital safety, content moderation, or customer experience is a plus, but not required. We provide comprehensive, fully paid training from day one.
