URGENT HIRING Crioulo Speakers in Lisbon!

We are currently looking for Crioulo speaking Customer Support Representatives to join an international team based on-site in Lisbon. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy helping people, communicating clearly, and working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

In this position, you will assist customers via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and ensuring a positive customer experience. Full training is provided, so previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Crioulo (C1/C2)
• Basic to good Portuguese and/or English
• EU passport or valid Portuguese residence/work permit
• Availability for full-time, on-site work in Lisbon
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude
