URGENT HIRING: Dutch Digital Marketing Specialist Lisbon

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid)
Working Hours: Monday–Friday | 8AM–5PM
Contract: Permanent
Salary Package: €26,180 gross/year + performance bonus
Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must hold a European passport or a valid work/residence permit in Portugal

What youll do:

• Optimize high-value advertising accounts

• Improve performance across GSN, YouTube & Mobile

• Build keyword strategies & smart bidding structures

• Deliver data-driven insights

• Work with a dynamic, international team

What we need:

• Native-level Dutch + fluent English

• 1+ year experience in digital marketing optimization

• Strong analytical mindset

• Advanced Excel skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: €23,000

• Language Bonus: €2,460/year

• Transportation Bonus: €720/year

• Performance Bonus: Up to 5% of base salary

• Meal Allowance: €7.63/day (net, via meal card)

• Health & Life Insurance (including spouse and children)

• Permanent Contract (180-day probation)

Relocation & Signing Bonus:

• €2,500 gross Relocation Bonus (for candidates relocating from outside continental Portugal)
