• Plan and conduct primary and secondary research
  

• Map user / stakeholders journeys and blueprints 
  

• Assess opportunities for service improvement
  

• Help conduct workshops and sessions with clients
  

• Compile research findings
  

• Document the project and its deliverables
  

• Envision service/product future states that enable business outcomes
  

• Prioritize initiatives based on solid criteria
  

• Handover needed outcomes to clients and/or internal teams
  

• Interact with technology team to compile findings and identify best ways forward
  

• Build product level requirements for the envisioned digital experience
  

Requirements

• User -centred service level research (interviews, benchmark, desk research, trends/market analysis)
  

• Workshop facilitation
  

• Service visualisation (journeys and blueprints)
  

• Understanding of service and digital product design
  

• Outcomes compilation
