UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a UX/UI Designer with a strong focus on UX to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about user research, usability testing, and creating intuitive design solutions. While UX will be the primary focus, you will also contribute to UI design to ensure our product maintains a clean, modern aesthetic.

• Lead UX research initiatives, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and improve our product.

• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to enhance user experience.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design solutions with business objectives.

• Ensure UI consistency by following and evolving our design system.

• Analyze user behavior and data to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions.

• Advocate for UX best practices, accessibility, and a user-centered design approach.

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong emphasis on UX.

• Proven track record of working on web-based SaaS products.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design processes and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with usability testing and user research methodologies.

• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Angular and front-end development principles is a plus.
