Descrição do Emprego - UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a talented and driven UI/UX Designer to join our team and play a critical role in enhancing the customer journey and user experience across our platform. By combining your creativity with a data-driven approach, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional design solutions that align with our business goals and resonate with our users.Customer Journey Improvement

Analyze and improve the customer journey within our Studio and other Customer facing assets, ensuring seamless and engaging user experiences.
Collaborate with product and development teams to identify pain points and implement usability enhancements that delight users.

Insights and Actionable Changes

Own and manage user behavior tools to collect, analyze, and interpret data.
Use data-driven insights to create impactful design improvements.
Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics.

Website Page Design

Design, update, and enhance marketing pages (built with Webflow) to align with brand standards and optimize user engagement.
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure designs effectively support campaign goals and drive conversions.

Collaborative Design Processes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and product managers, to ensure cohesive design implementation.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the ideation of new features and improvements.

Design Ownership

Maintain and evolve the design language and style guide for consistency across all touchpoints.
Ensure accessibility and responsiveness in all designs, catering to diverse user needs and devices.

Must-have

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
Experience with A/B testing and iterative design processes.
Proficiency in design tools such as WebFlow, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Portuguese.
Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice-to-have

Experience with user analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, Google Analytics) and a data-driven design approach.
Experience working in e-commerce driven companies
