UX/UI Designer

What you'll be doing:

Your mission will be to design and deliver intuitive, brand-aligned digital interfaces across web and mobile. You will be responsible for:

• Leading end-to-end UX/UI design for websites, landing pages, emails, and digital assets - from discovery and user flows to wireframes, prototypes, visual mockups, and final specs.


• Creating user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual mockups.


• Building and maintaining design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency, accessibility and responsive behavior across devices.


• Collaborating with different teams to ensure high-quality implementation, translating designs into actionable specs and adapting for platforms like HubSpot.


• Running usability validation (heuristic reviews, A/B testing), analyzing UX performance, and continuously optimizing experiences with data-driven improvements.

What you'll need:

• 3-5 years of professional experience in UX/UI and digital design.


• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communication Design, Digital Design or related field.


• Portfolio showcasing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups that align digital design with brand identity.


• Proven experience in design and prototyping tools (Figma), and in creating/maintaining design systems.


• Strong command of usability, accessibility, responsive/mobile-first principles and best practices across all digital assets.


• Front-end knowledge and experience adapting designs to platforms like HubSpot.


• Communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions.


• Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
