Job Title: Video Content Analyst (Content Moderation)
Location: On-site in Lagoas Park, Oeiras Lisbon, Portugal
Contract Type: 1-Year Fixed-Term Contract (with 2-month training agreement)

Join a dynamic team supporting a major streaming platform. As a Video Content Analyst, you'll be responsible for reviewing advertisements displayed on the service and ensuring compliance with platform guidelines and local legislation.

Key Responsibilities
Review and moderate online advertising content
Identify and remove inappropriate or non-compliant materials
Ensure ad suitability based on the intended audience (e.g., flagging soda ads targeting children under 12)
Maintain platform standards and brand safety policies

Requirements
Fluent in German (C1 or higher) plus English C1
No prior experience needed, but up to 12 months of content moderation background is welcome
Full availability for rotating 24/7 shifts on a monthly basis:

• Morning shift: 08:0017:00

• Afternoon shift: 14:0023:00

• Night shift: 23:0008:00
  Strong attention to detail and emotional resilience
