What You'll Do
As a Web Product Implementation Specialist for Google Ads, youll connect with advertisers, as well as internal sales and service teams, via phone, email, chat, and video conferences. Your role will include performing and verifying the implementation of web-based products with customers, providing guidance and training to help them navigate and optimize their use of the products.

Youll build strong relationships with both customers and colleagues, showcasing your enthusiasm, communication skills, and commitment to success. Your dedication to delivering high-quality service will exceed client expectations and meet all performance benchmarks.

What You'll Need

• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew

• Good command of written and spoken English (minimum B2)

• Strong understanding of JavaScript, including its quirks and workarounds

• Familiarity with web markup (HTML5, CSS/CSS3)

• Experience with debugging tools, such as web browser consoles, is a plus

• Familiarity with CMS platforms at the UI level (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Joomla)

• Practical experience in website maintenance and knowledge of HTML and JavaScript

• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn customer service software applications and handle custom customer implementations

• Experience in a B2B environment, online advertising, or related ad product experience

• Strong skills in communication, customer service, relationship management, troubleshooting, and support
