We are currently seeking a Web Product Implementation Specialist to provide exceptional support to clients across the EMEA region, delivering high-quality service and managing critical programs.

Role Overview
As a Web Product Implementation Specialist, you will be the key point of contact for our client's high-profile and critical programs. You will support EMEA-based clients, ensuring that they receive professional, timely assistance throughout the implementation of web-based products. Your role will include product guidance, training, and technical troubleshooting, contributing directly to the success of your clients and the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Communication: Engage with clients via phone, email, chat, and video conference to ensure smooth implementation of web-based products.
• Product Implementation: Verify and implement products with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding expectations.
• Client Training: Provide expert guidance and training to clients on how to efficiently use the products, empowering them to leverage the full potential of the service.
• Exceptional Service Delivery: Maintain the highest standards of customer service, ensuring that clients receive timely, professional support and their needs are consistently met.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal sales and services teams to provide cohesive, comprehensive support for clients.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary:

Schedule & Location

• Hours: 40 hours/week, 8 hours per day (with 1-hour lunch break), Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00 (rotational shifts)
• Days Off: 2 days off per week (rotational), with shifts scheduled 4 weeks in advance.
• Location: Lisbon, City Center (Company-provided accommodation within 20-60 minutes from the office).

Relocation Assistance

• Airport Pick-Up: Assistance with your arrival and registration in Portugal.
• Accommodation: Stay in fully equipped, company-provided apartments for at least the first 14 months.
• Relocation Support: Comprehensive administrative assistance with settling into your new life in Lisbon.

Training Program

• Duration: 8 weeks (5 weeks of product training + 3 weeks of nesting)
• Schedule: 8 hours per day in English, with flexible starting times between 08:30h and 09:30h, based on your training group.

• Trial Period: 1-month trial period applies.
• Contract: Temporary contract with potential for renewal and permanent placement.
