A fast-growing asset tokenization protocol is bringing regulatory-compliant exposure to institutional-grade assets onchain, unlocking DeFi composability for real-world assets. Tokenizing securities in a compliant way is complex and requires deep legal expertise, rigorous engineering, and continuous iteration. The team started this journey in 2022 and released its first security tokens in 2024 under a best-in-class regulatory setup designed to make their tokens as frictionless as possible for everyone. They sit at the intersection of TradFi reliability and DeFi efficiency, and they are moving fast.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong frontend orientation and genuine hands-on experience in EVM development. This is an early team role, which means you will have real ownership over engineering decisions, architecture, and culture. You will build and maintain production systems using React and NestJS, integrate Web3 libraries for wallet connections and smart contract interactions, and ship code in a fast-paced environment with near-daily deployments to production.

If you have worked on DeFi protocols or tokenization products before and you know your way around ethers, wagmi, or viem, this role was built for someone like you.

Location: Remote, Europe or the Americas (Ukraine timezone compatible)

What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality systems with a security-first mindset and a preference for simple, reliable architecture
• Build and maintain fullstack services using React and NestJS within a monorepo setup
• Implement scalable APIs following RESTful design patterns
• Integrate Web3 libraries and frameworks for wallet connections, smart contract interactions, and transaction management
• Write unit and integration tests and contribute to CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
• Ship frequently in an agile environment with near-daily production deployments
• Contribute as an early team member to engineering practices, culture, and technical direction

What You Bring to the Table

• At least 5 years of software development experience with strong command of Node.js, TypeScript, ReactJS, and PostgreSQL
• 2 or more years of hands-on experience with EVM and common Web3 libraries such as ethers, wagmi, or viem
• Experience with NestJS for backend service development, ideally within a monorepo setup
• Experience building and integrating smart contract interactions in production environments
• Comfort working across the full stack, with a natural lean toward frontend
• Startup mindset: you move fast, take ownership, and do not need heavy process to stay productive
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across a small, high-ownership team

• Base salary between $70,000 and $120,000 annually, depending on experience
