ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for Dutch and English-speaking Customer Support Agents to join an international team in the financial technology sector.

In this remote role, you will support customers using an online payment platform, assist with account-related inquiries, and help resolve payment and transaction issues.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle customer inquiries through phone and written communication channels.
• Assist customers with payment transactions and account funding.
• Explain account information, payment processes, and product features.
• Investigate and resolve payment-related inquiries.
• Discuss payment arrangements with customers when needed.
• Update customer records and document interactions accurately.
• Identify customers requiring additional support and direct them to the appropriate teams.
• Maintain professional communication and high service quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent proficiency in Dutch and English.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a call centre is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer-based applications.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to new systems.
• Customer-focused mindset and strong attention to detail.

RELOCATION SUPPORT

The role is fully remote, with preference given to candidates already residing in Portugal.

Relocation assistance may be considered for exceptional candidates moving to Portugal, depending on individual circumstances.
