With Relocation Support - German Speaking Junior Customer Support Representative

Location: Porto (On-Site)

Languages Required: German (Native or Fluent)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service via phone, email, or chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product-related questions.
• Ensure timely and effective resolutions to customer issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the team to improve customer service processes.

Qualifications:

• Languages Required: Fluent German (written and spoken).
• Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first attitude.
• Availability: Must be available to work Monday to Friday with the potential for future shift work.
