We are operating Workday with a variety of Modules in more than 55 countries providing core HR services and processes to employees, manager and P&O experts with more to come! You will play a key role in optimizing our agile processes while driving growth for our customers and elevating the performance of our global Workday Operations Team.

Your mission will be…

• Spearhead the agile framework within our Global Workday Operations Team - expertly managing sprints, backlogs, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement and elevate efficiency;
• Acting as the primary contact towards one of our customers overseeing customer specific Workday Projects and Operational activities including Stakeholder Management;
• Supporting Workday specific communications to our Stakeholders;
• Establish, align, and dynamically manage key performance indicators to ensure we're continually enhancing our Workday prowess and delivering exceptional value to our customers.

We are looking for someone with…

• Academic degree related to Information Technology, Business, Economics or other relevant fields;
• 2+ Years of Experience in Workday (e.g. Workday modules, projects, solutioning);
• 2+ Years of Experience in leading Agile Methodologies (e.g. Scrum) in Software Service or Project environments;
• Experience in Customer Communication, Project & Stakeholder Management;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent change;
• Passion to bring value add to customers and provide excellent service;
• Strong communication and relationship management skills combined with a good understanding of driving Business solutions and services through value add to our customers;
• Language: Professional Business English (must have), German (nice to have).
