Cross Border Talents is seeking a German-Speaking Customer Service Specialist for an on-site opportunity in Lisbon, Portugal, supporting a Social Media LLM project.

What you need:

• Native-level German proficiency
• Strong written communication skills in German
• English at B2 level or higher; B2+ or C1 is preferred
• Previous experience in AI data annotation
• Familiarity with AI evaluation platforms and digital tools
• A pragmatic approach to fast, accurate decision-making

Before applying, please note:

• The role follows rotational shifts covering 24/7 operations, Monday through Sunday.
• You will have two rotating days off.
• No holidays or vacations should be planned for the next six months.
• An additional SHL assessment is required.
• Relocation support is not available.
