• Confer with customers by email, social media, or phone to provide information about products, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.
• Managing customers’ expectations regarding the products and shipping deadlines.
• Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files.
• Work on continuous improvement for customer satisfaction

We’ll be a great match if you: 

• Have a high level of Italian (written and oral)
• Have previous experience in Customer Service
• Have excellent verbal and writing skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
• For non-EU residents, it is mandatory to have a valid work permit.
