French-Speaking Team Leader for a Retail Project

What you’ll be doing at Webhelp As a  French-Speaking Team Leader for a Retail Project, you will:

• Supervise, monitor and develop a team of Customer Advisors.
• Closely monitor the SLA’s and KPI’s of the project.
• Guarantee the continuous monitoring and improvement of the KPI's project by identifying performance gaps, analyzing root causes, and developing strategies to improve the results of the team.
• Lead a team to success by creating an inspiring customer service environment focused on quality and achieving high-level performance.
• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

We’ll be a great match if you: 

• Have a high level of French (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2 minimum)
• Have at least 1 year of previous experience in Team Management (mandatory)
• Have In-depth knowledge of performance metrics (KPI’s)
• Have Good IT skills, especially in MS Excel
• Have excellent communication and leadership skills
