Role Overview:

This role involves responding to and recording customer inquiries via phone, ensuring accurate data entry, addressing client complaints, meeting service level agreements for call resolution, troubleshooting issues, and offering recommendations for common problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service-oriented inbound
• Answering customer questions and executing orders in the first contact around the entire Service Retail
• Assist with phone banking ID and T-PIN & Postbank app setup.
• Card blocking/unblocking/exchange
• Recording of phishing cases
• Acceptance of payment transaction orders
• Product information
• Recording of complaints

Qualifications:

• C1/C2 proficiency in German
• B2 proficiency in English
