Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Advisor at a leading global home furnishings retailer, you'll be the first point of contact for customers and a vital brand ambassador. Responsibilities include assisting customers via calls, providing product information, resolving delivery issues, troubleshooting account problems, and ensuring accurate responses to inquiries while maintaining detailed records of interactions. Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers as a Customer Support Advisor.
• Provide enthusiastic and professional assistance to customers via inbound calls.
• Offer detailed product information and attempt to close sales during phone interactions.
• Assist customers with delivery inquiries, including tracking shipments and resolving issues.
• Address account management and software functionality problems for customers.

Qualifications:

• Native German
• B2/C1 proficiency in English
