YOUR ROLE

We are looking for PL/SQL Developer to join our teams in Lisbon.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Design, develop and implement database solutions using the PL/SQL language and the Informix database
• Collaborate with software development teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective database solutions
• Develop and optimize stored procedures, functions and triggers in PL/SQL to support system operations
• Perform data modeling and query optimization to ensure database performance and scalability 
• Managing and maintaining the integrity, security and availability of Infomix databases
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot database-related problems to ensure continuous systems availability 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper integration between the database and application systems. 

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in Computer Science or similar;
• Proven experience in database development using PL/SQL
• Practical experience with the Informix database
• Solid knowledge of data modeling and query optimization 
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective database solutions
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
