Your mission will be…

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues.
• Monitor and maintain the performance and availability of applications.
• Help with the configuration and updating of software applications.
• Participate in documenting support processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the efficiency and continuity of application services.

We are looking for someone with…

·       Currently enrolled in a degree program in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

·       Basic knowledge of software applications and their functionalities.

·       Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

·       Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

·       Ability to solve problems efficiently and effectively.

·       Eagerness to learn new technologies.

·       Good experience in Ms Office tools.

·       Excellent oral and written skills in English.

·       Good communication and networking skills in an intercultural environment and across all management levels.
