Requirements

We
are looking for a Business Manager Trainee with an entrepreneurial mindset,
ambition, and a strong desire to grow in a dynamic and challenging
environment. 

Reporting directly to the Business Unit Leader, you will support
the growth of the business by identifying new opportunities, building client
relationships, and contributing to strategic business initiatives.

You will have the opportunity to learn directly from experienced
Business Managers, participate in strategic client discussions, and contribute
to the growth of an international technology business.

Your
Main Responsibilities 

• Prospect and identify new
  business opportunities; 
  
• Support client acquisition and
  account management activities; 
  
• Participate in commercial
  meetings and client needs assessment sessions; 
  
• Prepare and follow up on
  commercial proposals. 
  
• Support the management of
  client and consultant relationships; 
  
• Monitor project progress and
  ensure service quality; 
  
• Support business planning, revenue growth
  initiatives, and strategic account development. 
  
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams to support
  talent identification and staffing activities;
  
• Contribute to client
  satisfaction and long -term partnership development. 
  

What
We're Looking For 

• Bachelor’s or master’s
  degree in Management, Business Information Systems, or a related field; 
  
• Strong interest in the
  information technology market; 
  
• Business -oriented mindset, with
  a strong interest in business development; 
  
• Excellent communication and
  interpersonal skills; 
  
• Proactive, dynamic, and
  motivated attitude; 
  
• Strong organizational skills
  and the ability to manage priorities effectively; 
  
• Resilient, results -oriented,
  and able to adapt to a fast -paced environment; 
  
• Proficient level of English. 
  
• Location: Lisbon, Porto or Fundão. ​
