What you'll do:
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Marketing, Business, Sociology, Data, or a related field
- You have basic understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methods
- You are able to work with data in Excel and synthesize information clearly in presentations.
- You have strong analytical skills and the ability to learn quickly.
- You like to take on responsibility and are able to work independently.
- You have great stakeholder management skills and can deal with multiple projects simultaneously.
Who we're looking for:
- You have strong structured thinking and analytical skills.
- You are detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks with clarity.
- You communicate clearly and concisely.
- You are comfortable working with qualitative and quantitative data.
- You are collaborative and open to feedback.
- Nice to have:
- Experience with Excel, Qualtrics, or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis (e.g. Python, R).
- Familiarity with AI tools for research or synthesis.
