Events Assistant Intern (Curricular Internship)

TLG Global, a
dynamic and growing organization in retail and hospitality development, is
looking for an Events Assistant Intern (Unpaid Curricular Internship) to join our marketing team in Lisbon. If you're a student or recent graduate with a passion for events, creativity, and culture, this is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic international environment.​

Key responsibilities:

• Contribute to ideation and research for
  cultural, seasonal, and community events.
  
• Assist in developing timelines, task lists,
  and logistics plans for internal coordination.
  
• Support communication with vendors, venues,
  and collaborators.
  
• Coordinate with designers and content teams
  to deliver creative assets (e.g., posters, reels).
  
• Help review content drafts and contribute
  to writing captions, hashtags, or visual briefs.
  
• Maintain an organized archive of event and
  campaign content.
  
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  
• Strong interest in event planning,
  branding, and content creation.
  
• Awareness of local culture, events, and
  audience trends in Lisbon.
  
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and eager
  to learn new tools and processes.
  
• Strong verbal and written communication
  skills in Portuguese and English. (Understanding of Hindi is a plus but not
  mandatory.)
  
• Availability to work on-site in Lisbon.
