Extracurricular Internship: Learning & Project Support (f/m/div.)

Your contribution to something big:

• Support the development and maintenance of digital content for learning and knowledge-sharing initiatives;
• Ensure the structured and consistent organization and maintenance of documents, databases, and relevant information;
• Assist in project coordination by monitoring tasks, deadlines, and progress;
• Provide support in the use of digital collaboration, communication, and project management tools;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes while also providing administrative support to the team’s activities.

What distinguishes you: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field;
• Interest in Learning & Development, organizational learning, and knowledge management topics;
• Familiarity with digital and Artificial Intelligence tools for content creation;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Well-organized and structured, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively;
• Proactive, collaborative, and team-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.

Duration: 12 months
