Extracurricular Internship: Training Content Creation & Business Process Management (f/m/div.)

In this internship you will work closely with our global process owners to support the creation of engaging video content and contribute to project and process management activities.

Your contribution to something big:

• Develop and produce short training and explainer videos using Synthesia, targeting Local Process Owners and Key Users;
• Translate business documentation into clear, visual formats that improve understanding and usability;
• Support the documentation and continuous improvement of business processes, ensuring alignment with global standards and best practices;
• Assist in the creation of dashboards and KPIs to monitor process performance and adoption;
• Support a large-scale digital transformation project by contributing to the preparation and rollout of a central CRM solution in our focus.

What distinguishes you: 

• Enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field;
• Ability to speak Portuguese and English fluently;
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Basic knowledge of SAP ERP is a plus (training will be provided);
• Excellent communication and documentation skills;
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.

Duration: 12 months.
