Your responsibilities and impact as team leader will be:
Taking ownership of a team of Concierge Advisors, you will guide, support, and develop their performance on a daily basis. Your mission is to ensure excellence at every touchpoint while maintaining a strong team spirit.
Leading, coaching, and motivating a team to deliver outstanding service
Monitoring performance indicators such as service quality, response times, and customer satisfaction
Ensuring compliance with internal processes and luxury service standards
Managing and following up on complex or sensitive client requests
Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of new team members
Overseeing scheduling, attendance, and overall team organization
Acting as a key point of contact for operational topics and internal communication
Handling escalations and contributing to effective problem resolution
Identifying opportunities for improvement in tools, processes, and workflows
Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:
A first experience in team management or coordination, ideally within concierge services, hospitality, travel, or premium customer care
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a hands-on approach
A natural ability to organize, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
A strong customer-centric mindset with attention to detail
Fluency in French and a good command of English
Confidence using MS Office tools
A proactive, solution-oriented, and team-driven attitude
