• You will be responsible for managing your own projects in the field of Retail management across our European Emma stores
• You will support the steering of retail performance/processes across our European Emma stores.
• You will suggest ideas to improve our stores based on feedback you get from the team and store managers.
• You will work closely with the store teams to gain insight to build efficiencies within store operations.
• You will be comfortable working with retail KPI’s and the levers to challenge to build success.
• You will have the opportunity to work on other projects/activities that are aligned with your interests (Training calendar/execution, sales strategy, KPI development…).

• Currently, you are studying Retail management, Business Administration/Management or any related university program.
• You speak fluent English. Spanish and Portuguese are preffered.
• At best you gained first practical working experience in a start-up environment and or fast paced business.
• You have strong analytical skills and learn quickly.
• Excel skills crucial
• You have strong communication and people skills both verbal/written.
• You like to take on responsibility and can work independently.
• You can start as soon as possible and are available for at least 6 months.
