Junior Fullstack Developer (AI-Driven) - IEFP Professional Internship

We are looking for a Junior Fullstack Developer eligible for an IEFP Professional Internship, who wants to grow in a modern, AI-driven development environment.

This is not a traditional junior developer role. We are looking for someone passionate about Fullstack Development, but also genuinely curious about AI tools, automation and agentic workflows — someone who already uses AI naturally to learn faster, automate tasks and improve the way they build software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using React and Next.js
• Support the development of APIs and backend services with Node.js
• Participate in the implementation of new features and improvements
• Collaborate with product and design teams
• Explore and integrate AI tools into development workflows
• Support the creation of automations and AI-assisted solutions

• Eligibility for IEFP Professional Internship (mandatory)
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar
• Knowledge of React, Next.js, Node.js, REST APIs and databases
• Strong motivation to learn and grow as a Fullstack Developer
• Proven hands-on experience with AI projects (academic, personal or freelance)
• Experience building or experimenting with AI agents, agentic workflows or AI-powered automations
• Responsibility, teamwork, and proactivity

Nice to Have

• Experience using AI coding tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor or Claude
• Familiarity with AI APIs and agent frameworks
• Interest in prompt engineering and workflow optimization
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms or DevOps concepts
