Marketing Internship

Overview:

The aim of this internship is to prepare a new team member who will join Caixa Mágica Software’s Marketing team. Given the growing importance of marketing to the company’s competitiveness, it is essential to strengthen the communication, promotion and dissemination of Caixa Mágica Software’s products, services and brand. The intern also needs to be ilegible for an IEFP internship. 

The integration of a Marketing intern will support the implementation of the organisation’s communication strategy, enhance its digital communication channels, contribute to the development of promotional campaigns, and improve engagement with clients and potential clients.

The internship also represents an opportunity to introduce new knowledge and methodologies into the company, fostering innovation, the continuous improvement of communication processes, the integration of emerging Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to optimise workflows, and the strengthening of the organisation’s market presence.

The internship aims to enable the intern to acquire and consolidate technical and professional skills in Marketing through active participation in the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of the company’s communication and marketing initiatives, while also contributing to the achievement of the organisation’s strategic objectives.

The intern’s main responsibilities will include supporting the implementation of the marketing and communication plan; creating content for social media, the website, newsletters and other digital channels; assisting with the preparation of events and marketing initiatives; conducting market research; and monitoring and analysing campaign performance, using the latest technologies available in this field.

These activities will involve the use of digital marketing, design and content creation tools, as well as Artificial Intelligence-based solutions, to increase productivity and foster innovation in the development of projects using the most up-to-date technologies available on the market.

What are we looking for?

• Eligible for an IEFP internship.


• Must hold a bachelor’s degree.


• Knowledge of Marketing and Communication.


• Knowledge of Digital Marketing, social media management and digital content creation.


• Knowledge of promotional campaign management and market analysis.


• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.


• Knowledge of digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Business Suite for Facebook and Instagram.


• Knowledge of design and content creation tools, including Canva, Adobe Express, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and Figma, among others


• Literacy in Generative Artificial Intelligence applied to Marketing, using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Canva AI and Adobe Firefly.


• Basic knowledge of Prompt Engineering, including the ability to provide AI tools with clear and effective instructions.


• Awareness of the ethical and responsible use of AI, ensuring human review of content, originality and the protection of business data.


• Knowledge of content management and social media platforms, as well as report preparation and performance indicator analysis.


• Strong organisational, time-management and communication skills.


• Creativity, problem-solving skills, proactivity and autonomy.


• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
