People Associate IEFP Internship

We’re looking for a curious and enthusiastic intern who’s eager to learn and grow in the field of Human Resources, with a special focus on Recruitment. 🧠✨

🍊 What you'll be doing:

As part of our People team, you’ll get hands-on experience with the entire recruitment cycle and support a smooth and welcoming integration process for new joiners. You’ll:

🔍 Assist in defining job profiles with hiring managers;

📣 Help write and publish job ads across recruitment platforms;

🧾 Support screening applications and contacting candidates;

💬 Join and assist in interviews (remote and in-person);

📑 Prepare documentation for new hires and support onboarding;

📊 Contribute to recruitment reports and process improvements; and

📂 Ensure data is well organized and compliant with GDPR.

🥝 What we’re looking for:

🔸 Human Resources bachelor's degree or similar;

🔸 Great communication and interpersonal skills;
🔸 Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible;
🔸 Team player with a proactive learning mindset;
🔸 Comfortable using digital tools (G-Suite, LinkedIn, etc.); and
🔸 Fluency in Portuguese and good English skills.

🧑‍🎓 Who Can Apply?

This IEFP internship is open to:
✨ Young talents (35 years old or under);
📍 Living in Portugal or having returned from abroad (must have emigrated for at least 12 months);
📝 Registered as unemployed at IEFP; and
🎓 Holding a university degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or higher – Level 6+ of the QNQ framework).
