This is your chance to get hands-on in a fast-growing startup where food meets innovation. As a Process Engineering Intern, you’ll join our Operations team and learn how food is made — the clean, efficient, and sustainable way.

You'll work side-by-side with the Director of Operations and our talented Production Manager, helping us shape and improve our processes while learning the ins and outs of food manufacturing, packing, and quality.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

You’ll support a range of operational and process improvement initiatives, including:

• Participating in daily production follow-ups and format changeovers;


• Assisting with quality control routines: weight checks, leak tests & metal detection;


• Helping draft Work Instructions (IOPs) and SOPs to standardize our processes;


• Supporting operational inventory checks;


• Creating control dashboards to monitor production and spot improvement points; and


• Working with the team on new product setups and cleaning validations.

👀 Who We're Looking For

You're a match if you:
🔧 Are finishing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related areas;
📊 Are curious about production systems and process improvement;
💡 Have a proactive mindset and like solving real-world problems;
💻 Are comfortable with digital tools (especially G-Suit); and
🤝 Are organized, detail-oriented and a real team player.

• Work mode: On-site, Cabra Figa, Rio de Mouro
