Procurement Trainee

At Greenvolt Group, we are looking for a Procurement Analyst Trainee to join our Non-Core Procurement team. This is a hands-on role offering exposure to operational processes and cross-functional projects in an international environment.

What you will do

You will support the Procurement team in day-to-day activities, while contributing to ongoing improvement initiatives:

• Support procurement processes, including purchase requests and supplier follow-up
• Work with SAP on the creation and monitoring of purchase orders (POs)
• Assist in Non-Core categories such as fleet management, travel, and facilities
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
• Support data analysis, reporting, and tool development (Excel / Power BI)
• Collaborate with internal teams and international stakeholders
• Participate in meetings, follow-ups, and supplier communication

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, or a related field;
• Interest in Procurement / Supply Chain;
• Good knowledge of Excel and MS Office tools;
• SAP knowledge is a plus;
• Fluency in English;
• Strong analytical skills, organization, and proactivity;
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
