For our NBS Lisbon we are currently looking for trainees in two of our main areas: Integrated Marketing Services (IMS) and Design Services (DS). This is an amazing opportunity to have a hands-on experience and to quick start your professional career in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

Proud to Play Program has been created with a mindset to fulfill Nestlé Business Solutions needs. It will allow you, as a trainee, to have a full comprehension of the business. Through this engagement process, you will have a theoretical and a practical knowledge inside Nestlé Business Solutions!

This is a 6 month experience with a lot of engagement and dedication from our teams, mentors, and coaches inside the center with you.

A day in the life of...

Marketing Services Trainee

• Content Services: Proceeding with the adaption of Markets’ content/campaigns according to their needs, through modifying elements, context, format, etc.


• Campaign Factory: Support the team with creation, deployment and monitorization of email, push notification and SMS campaigns according to the markets’ defined strategy;


• Website & Search: To review and analyze Nestlé Websites to be able to improve and optimize them; and help the team measure results through different platforms.

Design Services Trainee

• Brand Guardianship Design Adaption, which consists in supporting the team to maintain the consistency and excellence of the design services of the different markets;


• Design to Delivery: help provide the design end-to-end and the information of Label, according to the guidelines

What will make you successful

• Being a recent graduate student with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Management, Management, Communication, Design, Publicity and Multimedia;


• Proficiency in English (spoken and written);


• Eligible for an IEFP internship;


• Available to start in April 2026;


• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and working methods;


• Willing to join a multicultural environment;
