QHSE Technician Trainee

We are looking for a QHSE Technician Trainee to work from our Venda do Pinheiro Office:

Main Responsabilities:

• Support the preparation, implementation, and updating of the Site Safety and Health Plan (PSS), ensuring compliance with internal procedures, applicable legal requirements, and client requirements;
• Assist in the preparation of PTREs whenever work involves special risks, particularly work at height and electrical work;
• Provide support to the Site Manager (DO) whenever necessary and collaborate with the Site Safety Coordinator (CSO);
• Support the promotion and delivery of training and awareness activities on site, in accordance with the Training Plan (induction and specific training);
• Assist in the management of non-conformities, complaints, and opportunities for improvement identified on site;
• Participate in safety audits (internal and external), support the definition of the Action Plan in response to audit reports, and ensure the implementation and closure of actions;
• Assist in ensuring the inspection and monitoring of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Collective Protective Equipment (CPE), and all machinery on site;
• Support the verification that works are carried out in compliance with the PSS/PTRE and applicable safety requirements (legal, client, among others), and assist in issuing periodic safety inspection reports;
• Assist in site document management (Companies / Workers / Equipment);
• Support environmental management on site, particularly regarding waste management;
• Assist in the preparation and implementation of the Site Emergency Plan;
• Support the preparation of monthly accident and incident statistics reports;
• Assist in the management of workplace incidents, including investigation, root cause analysis, definition and implementation of Action Plans, and evaluation of their effectiveness;
• Participate in periodic meetings between the Site Manager and the client, collaborating in accordance with the project schedule;
• Assist with other matters related to Quality, Environment, Safety, and Occupational Health within the scope of the project.

• Degree in Engineering or Occupational Health and Safety or Environmental Health;
• CAP of Occupational Health and Safety Technician (level VI);
