Responsibilities

Support Recruitment & Talent Acquisition in:

• Operational Recruitment Support: Manage approved recruitment requests and ensure smooth execution of the hiring process.
• Candidate Sourcing & Selection: Define job ads, publish vacancies, source candidates, conduct pre-screenings, and coordinate interviews and testing.
• Process Optimization: Contribute to refining recruitment processes to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Strategic Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent through cost-effective sourcing strategies and appropriate recruitment channels.
• Employer Branding & Outreach: Support employer branding initiatives by engaging with students, developing partnerships with schools, and participating in job fairs.

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources or similar field;
• Good communication and organizational skills;
• Attention to detail and is able to prioritize tasks and workload;
• Ability to work under pressure and with close deadlines;
• Have good time management skills.
• Availability to work full-time (40h/week).

• Only meal allowance (9.60€/Day);
• Flexible schedule;
• Flexible hybrid regime (2 days per week at the office);
