🎯 What You'll Do

As our new Brand & Content Intern, you’ll join our vibrant Brand team and gain hands-on experience in digital media, creative planning, and content production. You’ll collaborate closely with our Head of Content and support social media initiatives across key markets (🇵🇹 & 🇺🇸). You’ll also have the opportunity to:

• Assist in developing and planning content for platforms like Instagram and TikTok 📆;


• Learn to manage the brand’s tone of voice and engage with followers online 💬;


• Support video production from idea to shoot to post-production 🎬;


• Join creative brainstorms and contribute fresh ideas for campaigns 💡;


• Tag along on photoshoots and content creation days at our studio 📸;


• Analyze social media metrics and help us optimize what works 📊; and


• Research trends in social media, healthy living, and plant-based culture 🧠🌱.

💼 What You’ll Learn

By the end of your internship, you’ll know how to:

• Create high-quality, engaging content aligned with a global brand strategy;


• Plan, produce, and publish video assets for different digital platforms;


• Interpret performance data and make creative recommendations;


• Support marketing and product teams with content for launches and promos; and


• Use digital tools and industry best practices to manage social platforms effectively.

🔎 Who We’re Looking For

Someone who:

• Is finishing or recently graduated in Marketing, Communication, Media, or similar;


• Has a keen interest in social media, storytelling, and content creation;


• Is fluent in Portuguese and English (essential – we communicate globally!);


• Knows their way around video editing tools and social platforms;


• Has a curious, hands-on, and creative mindset 💭; and


• Is detail-oriented, organized, and a true team player 🤝.

🧑‍🎓 Who Can Apply?

This internship is open to:
✨ Young talents (35 or under);
📍 Living in Portugal or having returned from abroad (must have emigrated for at least 12 months);
📝 Registered as unemployed at IEFP; and
🎓 Holding a university degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or higher – Level 6+ of the QNQ framework).
