THE ROLE

Based in our Lisbon headquarters, you would join a talented and supportive People team, contributing across the full HR spectrum with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition, as well as gaining exposure to Onboarding and People & Culture initiatives.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

  Supporting the Talent Acquisition process from A-Z for assigned areas and profiles

  Sourcing candidates across Europe through online channels, local sources, partnerships, social media, referrals, and other sources

  Conducting and scheduling interviews to ensure a smooth recruitment experience

  Assisting with onboarding for new joiners

  Collaborating on People & Culture topics and team initiatives

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  🎓 You’re a student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Sociology, or a related field (mandatory)

  You have strong English communication skills, both spoken and written (mandatory)
