Right now, we are looking for a Talent
Acquisition Trainee for our Talent Team.

You must have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources
  Management, Organizational Psychology, or similar (eligible for the IEFP
  Professional Internship);
  
• Interest
  and motivation in the recruitment area;
  
• Interest
  and motivation to work in the Information Technology field;
  
• Ability to
  understand technical profiles (e.g., Developers, QA, DevOps, SysAdmins, Data,
  etc.);
  
• Fluency in
  Portuguese and English, both spoken and written;
  
• Strong
  ability to manage priorities and deadlines;
  
• Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation
  skills.
