🌟 Summer Internship – Talent Team (Training, Development & Wellbeing Focus)

Are you passionate about people development and eager to kick-start your career in Human Resources? Inetum Portugal is looking for a motivated and proactive intern to join our Talent Team for a summer internship!

📍 Location: Lisbon, Portugal

📅 Duration: approximately 3 months

💼 Department: Talent Team

What you’ll be doing:

• Support the design and implementation of training and development initiatives
• Assist in organizing wellbeing and engagement activities for our teams
• Help manage internal communication related to learning and development
• Collaborate on the coordination of internal events and workshops
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our talent development processes

What we’re looking for:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related fields
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Fluency Portuguese
• Good level of English
• Interest in training, development, and employee wellbeing
