Job Description:

We are looking for someone who can help us improve our services and customer satisfaction by performing administrative tasks in the Brokerage department. You will be part of this team!

What will you do in a typical day?

• This position performs general brokerage tasks for international package exports.
• Ensures that exports comply with local customs regulations.
• Performs other technical and administrative tasks inherent to the role.

What do we expect from you?

• Brokerage Certification – preferred
• Previous experience in Brokerage – preferred
• High school diploma (12th grade) – preferred
• Intermediate (B1) level of English (written and spoken) – preferred
• Fluency in Portuguese
• Knowledge of Spanish
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Results-oriented mindset
• Problem-solving skills
• Team spirit
• Working hours: 10:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., Monday to Friday
