IT Support (Part-time)

Alongside partners with organizations to drive digital transformation and build high-performing tech teams. 
We are looking for a part-time IT Support to assist with basic IT tasks remotely. This is a simple role requiring minimal time commitment, ideal for someone who can handle routine IT support on a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Remote support for Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Office, Defender)
• User account management and basic permissions
• Email security support (e.g., Mimecast)
• Basic setup of new devices and software installation
• Remote monitoring of endpoints (e.g., via NinjaOne)
• General troubleshooting of simple IT issues
• Documentation of basic IT processes

• Basic experience in IT Support or Systems Administration
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and remote troubleshooting
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
• Comfortable managing simple IT tasks remotely
• Fluent in English

• Available for freelance work or service contracts
• Part-time (~10 hours per month)
• Fully remote (Based in Portugal)
• Flexible schedule
