What are we looking for?
We are looking to incorporate two Sales Assistants for our Citees store at Rua Dr. Teofilo Braga, Vila Real de Santo Antonio,with availability of 20 hours per week in rotating shifts from the 1st of June. Previous experience in customer service and a good level of English will be valued.

Main responsibilities

• Advise and accompany customers throughout the purchasing process.
• Handle inquiries, resolve incidents, and manage sales transactions at the checkout.
• Support inventory management, stock control, orders, and warehouse tasks.
• Maintain store visual standards aligned with brand values.
• Be familiar with the catalog, brand identity, garment materials, sizes, timelines, and shipping procedures.
